Behemoth Brewing Co. Serves HBO with Cease and Desist Letter
Enough is enough was the cry at Behemoth Brewing HQ today after it’s CEO Andrew Childs discovered that another of their original designs for their beer cans had been used without permission to create a new HBO television series - Curb your Enthusiasm starring Larry David.
"It’s not the first time this has happened” said Childs referring to the countless cases of his branding being ripped off by popular movies and TV shows. “I’ve let a few IP incidents go recently but I’m sick of the hard work our creative team puts in for it only to be blatantly stolen by these lazy corporations to pedal their popular trash”
When asked if Behemoth would seek damages for loss of brand integrity Child’s rolled out another original zinger “I don’t know how to put this but I’m kind of a big deal”
