Joseph Wood announces national poetry tour
Joseph Wood is a true renaissance man.
Already recognised for his achievements in the beer craft, Joseph is less well-known as a skilled and subtle poet.
The Haiku of Joseph Wood presents more than one hundred of Joseph’s haiku, many published for the first time. The poems demonstrate Joseph’s delicate and articulate touch with haiku, which has grown to become his favoured poetic form.
“Haiku allows me to combine two of my greatest loves: my poetry, and swearing. I love the contrast between the delicate and structured poetic style and a fucking good swear. It fucking rocks”, Joseph explains.
The collection of works references Joseph’s brewing crafts:

and old classics that have become crowd favourites:
fuck that’s a good beer
fuck that fuckin beer is good
drink Liberty now
Joseph will be touring New Zealand over July, performing his haiku at quality bookstores, libraries, and childrens’ hospitals. He is currently well-advanced on a companion volume due in time for Christmas – watch out for The Filthy Limericks of Joseph Wood in November.
